• game preferences or progress, such as sound settings, if applicable.

Information you give us directly

If you contact us, you may share your name, email address and the content of your message. We use these details only to respond to you and to help with your enquiry. We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.

Payment data

We do not collect, process or store any payment or financial information. Empire of Gold is completely free and there is nothing to buy.

Analytics and advertising

We do not use advertising trackers, and we do not run third-party advertising or analytics profiling cookies on this site. If this ever changes, we will update this policy and our storage notice first.

Children

This site is intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has contacted us, please let us know and we will delete the information.

How long we keep things

Locally stored settings remain in your browser until you clear them. If you email us, we keep your message only for as long as needed to help you and to keep reasonable records.

Your rights

You can clear your locally stored data at any time, and you may ask us to access or delete any personal details you have sent us by email. To do so, contact us at play@outbackempire.com. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
